My background is in the Sciences rather than the Arts. However, I have drawn and, occasionally, painted throughout my life. Having reached retirement, I have taken up my brushes again.
When a back injury kept me away from the easel, I took up print-making and for the last few years relief prints have been the bulk of my output. More recently, I have tended to produce fine-detail wood-engravings
As well as in the UK, my works hang in private homes and small galleries in France, Spain, Poland, Canada, the USA and New Zealand.
